Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Sivara is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, severe weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Sivara is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
